Summary:

The project comprised a speculative new build 133,000 square feet warehouse with 7,500 square feet office accommodation.

The instruction involved the management of the design, procurement and construction processes and in addition developing strategies to deal with ground contamination and Environment Agency matters.

The scheme was procured on a Design and Build basis with a contract value of approximately £4.7 million. The contract duration was 32 weeks.
