The current occupier has a 25 year FRI lease, however exercised a break option to vacating the building.

Using the monies secured as part of the dilapidations settlement together with a capital investment from the client, Workman was instructed to procure the necessary repair and refurbishment works to bring the property back into Grade B office accommodation suitable for short term re-letting (four-six years), with a further more substantial refurbishment planned, following the Landlords plans to undertake a £400 million modernisation scheme to New Street railway station.
