Summary:

The investment comprises five converted warehouse style multi let buildings in Camden, providing approximately 130,000 square feet of office space.

Workman was initially appointed to undertake a pre-acquisition survey, reinstatement assessment and planned preventative maintenance programme.

There were two office suites vacant at purchase, which are being refurbished, with the level of specification agreed with the client and letting agent to meet the market demand and budget.

Currently exploring opportunities to increase the lettable areas of the buildings and adding value to the property stock.
