Summary:

Workman was appointed to undertake building reinstatement cost assessments of approximately 170 commercial properties. The buildings were situated throughout England and Scotland and the instruction was serviced by all Workman offices, managed by a central contact, and co-ordinated with the relevant Workman Property Managers. Lease documentation was reviewed to ensure costs were recovered where appropriate.

The properties were inspected and cost assessments provided over a three month period; the total reinstatement figure for this element of the portfolio was in excess of £370m.
