The property is situated in the centre of Swindon and comprises a retail warehouse, providing approximately 42,410 square feet.

Workman was appointed to undertake a review of the tenant’s proposals in respect of an extension to the property and installation of a substantial mezzanine.

The tenant’s works had been let on a Design & Build basis, therefore Workman were required to monitor the works as they progressed on site and liaise with the tenant’s consultant team and client’s solicitors in formulating the design package for the Licence.
