Chartered Building Surveyors - London

We are seeking individuals with experience in a broad range of building surveying skills in both professional and construction related instructions. The successful candidate will join an expanding team of Chartered Building Surveyors working for blue chip clients on a large and mixed portfolio of properties in the retail, office and industrial sectors.

CAD Technician - London

Working with the Building Surveying team, candidates will need good basic CAD skills and 2 years experience in a similar role.

IT Support Engineer - London/Bristol

An experienced IT Engineer who will be responsible for first and second line support; the maintenance of a comprehensive database of all hardware and peripherals within the partnership; the installation and configuration of new computer equipment; the maintenance and installation of all software relating to external systems. For example: Horizon; Manhattan; Barclays Business Master.

Secretary - London (maternity cover)

Secretary required to provide secretarial support to a Partner and Property Management team.

Cashier - Bristol

A cashier is required in Bristol to join the existing team of 5. Duties include daily allocation of tenant receipts, monthly Bank reconciliations using Tramps, Yardi or MRI Systems.

Property Management Accountant - Bristol

Property Management Accountant required in the Bristol office to manage specific client accounts. Duties include, preparing client and VAT reports, paying over Clients Rent, raising Rent and Service Charge invoices using Tramps and Client Systems.

Property Administrator - Manchester (maternity cover)

Assisting a team of Property Managers with the administration of the property portfolio, successful candidates will have a methodical mind and an eye for detail.
