Workman are committed to operating to an Environmental Policy and Environmental Management System that satisfies the requirements of the BS EN ISO 14001: 2004 accreditation the firm holds and as part of which the firm measures and sets targets for improvements.

The firm has a dedicated Environmental and Sustainability team whose role it is to ensure that all instructions, both Property Management and Building Consultancy have regard to environmental best practice, current legislative requirements and our Clients' own environmental management systems and procedures.

Workman work with a number of specialist consultants and with Clients' own environmental advisors in order to ensure that Clients have a tailored service depending on their specific requirements in respect of CRC, energy and general environmental audits, Air conditioning inspections, EPC’s, data management and benchmarking. All environmental matters are addressed pro-actively by the property management teams, with the results being measured to gauge progress achieved. In addition, technical support is provided by the Environmental team, which includes advice on supplier / consultant selection, interpretation of legislation and pooling of ideas and latest information.
