Workman has developed a comprehensive safety management system for the implementation and control of both corporate Health and Safety issues and the specific Health and Safety aspects relating to the properties under its management.

Workman are accredited to OHSAS18001 – Health & Safety Management and hold the British Safety Council 5 Star Award in recognition of the high standard of risk management. Health and Safety advice is provided through a team of 8 specialist staff based at each of the Workman offices, supported by a small number of selected external consultants.

Statute is not confined to Health and Safety issues alone and using the latest real-time web-enabled risk management software, a networked range of compliance evidence can be remotely retrieved, reviewed and updated.

The in-house Health and Safety team provide comprehensive training, advice and support to Property Management staff on all aspects of health, safety compliance, including:
