Hammerson plc
With effect from 1st November 2011, Workman has been appointed by Hammerson plc to provide property management accounting and data management support for the management team of Bullring Shopping Centre, Birmingham. This follows similar appointments earlier in 2011 at Silverburn Glasgow, West Quay Southampton, Oracle Reading and Union Square Aberdeen.
Aberdeen Property Investors UK Ltd
Following a competitive tender process, Workman has been appointed by Aberdeen Property Investors UK Ltd on their Retail Parks, Two Rivers and Aberdeen City Council Pension Fund portfolios totalling approximately 30 properties and 185 tenancies. The appointment will take effect from 1st February 2012.
