Summary:

This retail property is situated in the Perthshire village of Blackford about 20 miles south of the City of Perth in the heart of the Scottish countryside on the A9 (main arterial route North) at the gateway to the Highlands of Scotland. When acquired, the site, anchored by the famous Baxter’s Group with an upmarket Speciality Store, was in need of re-inventing itself in the market place

Workman was appointed to manage this challenging retail venue, to assist the asset/agency team in preparing the site for a new era of marketing and to set up and operate exciting promotional activities on the site. Workman was also charged with developing a new and innovative management structure along with assisting with the re-branding and partial re-development of the servicing to the site to uplift the offer and provide a better environment for the tenants and visiting public. The Retail Village is now re-branded and plans are well advanced for the landscaping and security of the site.
